1 If you have an appointment, please arrive 15 minutes early.

2 We have small exam rooms and cannot keep good social distancing. Therefore, we are offering curbside service!

3 Please wait outside and call us. When meeting us face to face, please wear a mask. We will wear a mask. If you do not have a cell phone, please come to the porch and speak with a receptionist. Please let us know your name, your pet’s name, reason for your visit, your vehicle’s location, make, model, and color. Please wait in or near your vehicle. We will come outside with any necessary paperwork and take your pet inside for an examination and treatments that have been discussed.

4 If you choose to wait outside of your vehicle, please remain at least six feet from other people and wear a mask.

5 After your pet’s examination we will call you (Please answer your cell phone so we can take care of you in a timely fashion.) or come outside to discuss the doctor’s findings and discuss any treatments, if necessary. We will collect payment from you at your vehicle, go inside to prepare your receipt, and return with your receipt and credit card if we took it inside. We will bring your pet back outside with your receipt unless we have arranged to keep your pet for some time to perform treatment or surgery.
